Tanking works were carried out on a property which had been suffering from structural dampness on the ground floor and the lower ground floor. The plaster had absorbed moisture through
damp penetration and had to be removed whilst a damp proof treatment was injected in accordance with BS 676.2005. Using a silane/siloxane based thixotropic cream to further protect the wall, our tanking work experts then rendered the internal surfaces for a tidy and professional finish.
