Case Study 1 - Penpole Lane, Avonmouth, Bristol, BS11 0AU
Problem: The property showed signs of moisture staining, and high readings confirmed structural rising damp.

Solution: We removed the affected plaster, injected a damp proof course and vertical barriers using diffused injection cream to BS6576 standards, and re-plastered with a sand/cement mix incorporating a cementitious tanking compound.
Result: The property now has a fully protected wall system, preventing further rising damp and ensuring a long-lasting finish.

Case Study 2 – Kimberley Road, Fishponds, Bristol, BS16 5AE
Problem: Damp issues were affecting the internal walls, requiring a breathable damp-proofing approach.

Solution: We hacked off the plaster, injected a damp proof course and vertical barriers with injection cream to BS6576, and re-plastered using breathable renovating plaster and finishes.
